This section of the site is truly in its infancy.

Currently we just have the four offerings for you.

First on the list of Pete Olliver´s Irish Cream recipe. Pete is Vik´s Dad and lives in Wiltshire, UK. He also makes wonderful sloe gin, wine and other lethal concoctions.

Secondly for chilliheads is a chilli sauce. Chillies will undoubtably end up with their own section on the site, with recipes, links and instruction for cultivation.
BTW if you live in the Southerm Hemispere, you should be planting in August.

New Zealand allows distillation for personal use and Vik has developed a method for brewing schnapps without a still. Be warned, this can be risky stuff, shouldn´t be done after drinking the stuff and makes the kitchen stink

Lastly is a really good quick recipe for waffles. Now seperating eggs or using pre-made mixes with dodgy ingredients. Quick and easy, the whole family love them.
